    • Maintaining close relationships with senior partners in major public    accounting and law firms, as well as the investment community.
    • Building rapport with companies that have the potential for growth    and expansion overthe next five years.

     

    The Process Is Divided Into Four Distinct Stages

    Stages 1: Client Development
    CIS account Executives target prospective clients in our various divisions, Executive Search, IT Consulting, and Interim Staffing, direct hire. CIS uses many different sources including executive summits, symposiums, conventions, networking group's etc. Many of our corporate clients come from hundreds of HR Managers, C IO's, CTO's, CFO's, Controllers & Senior Management Professionals CIS has successfully repositioned. The CIS Account Executives are very selective about the clients they service. CIS Account Executives interface with decision makers to know their specific job requirements and corporate culture.
            
    Stages 2: Research
    After receiving an assignment The Account Executive assigns a team of 1 to 4 researchers depending on the size of the assignment. Their job is to target the appropriate candidates based on the job specifications utilizing the CIS star search database and our comprehensive network. The research is then presented to the recruiting team, with the approval of the account executive.

    Stages 3: Recruiting
    The CIS Account Executive in conjunction with the research department coordinates the recruiting process with our 30+ trained recruiters to accurately target the candidates that meet our client's specifications . Our recruiting team then contacts these candidates to qualify the candidate's job history, skill sets, accomplishments, compensation package, education, career aspirations, etc. to determine if they are an appropriate match. The process includes an in depth personal interview and thorough background screening and verification.

    Stages 4: Fulfillment
    Our Account Executives then coordinate the results of the search with the CIS recruiting division to determine the best qualified candidates for the position. Only then do we make a formal presentation to our client, confident in the knowledge that our applicants meet or exceed our clients expectations.
